Corvette Atlanta Activities

Corvette Atlanta sponsors and participates in a wide variety of activities that are intended to enhance members’ Corvette related experiences and social opportunities.
Social:
  • Monthly club meetings include dinner & social opportunities
  • Corvette driving tours, rallies, overnight excursions
  • Annual Corvette Atlanta Corvette Show at Jim Ellis Chevrolet
  • Participation in local car shows, cruise-ins, and charity events
  • “Mystery Dinners”, annual Super Bowl party, annual Stone Mountain Park cookout, annual lake party
  • Veterans Day Parade leader support since 1981
Competition: 
  • Corvette Atlanta participates in National Council of Corvette Clubs (NCCC) sanctioned drag and autocross events on a regional and national basis and has won 4 NCCC club (and several individual) national championships.
  • CA sponsors an annual NCCC regional competition event at Roebling Road track near Savannah in November, as well as occasional competition driving schools and local autocross events.
  • CA participates in NCCC annual conventions held at prime locations nation-wide for competition events and social activities.
Technical: 
  • CA sponsor Jim Ellis Chevrolet hosts a semi-annual “Corvette Shop Day” where members have the opportunity to bring their Corvettes to the service department for technical problem diagnostic and maintenance project support by its renowned Master Corvette Technician at no cost, except for parts used.   Routine fluid changes, safety inspections, minor repairs, and parts changes are typical projects supported.  Corvette Technical “Q & A” and maintenance advice are also available.
